What You Need to Know

Can I cancel my order? 
There will be a one-hour window the customer may cancel their order. After one hour, there will be no cancellations as it is in the processing stage.

How long is processing?
Processing may take is 7-10 business days and up to 4 weeks for preorder items.

When do you ship orders?
Orders are shipped after the business day processing time.

Wrong address.
If you put the wrong address your processing can extend up to 5 more business days! Once you notice a wrong address please contact us ASAP to change it. Once an item has been shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged packages!

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages! 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address you provided during checkout and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at (1-800-275-8777).

Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. An insurance claim can be opened with USPS if you purchased Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping ONLY.

Customs & Fees

We are not responsible for paying customs or any other fee that may be needed. 

Returned Packages

Any packages that are returned to us will be partially refunded. Since the item was shipped out we cannot issue a full refund therefore you will not be receiving a refund on the shipping cost.


We are not responsible for any delays that may be caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses. We ship to the shipping address that you enter at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct during your checkout process to avoid any delays with your package.


The Small Print

At the moment we offer refunds for packages that were missing an item or received the wrong item. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges.


The Information You Need to Know

You will receive free repairs for all fleece items for up to a year. The only cost the customer is responsible for is the shipping cost.
